On the afternoon of May 25, the 11th National Management Case Competition (2025) Soochow University Campus Breakout Competition was held in the Academic Lecture Hall of Finance and Economics Hall of Soochow University. This competition is not only a comprehensive review of the MBA teaching achievements of Soochow University, but also an event of communication and interaction among students.
In this competition, the case of “Digital Driven, Intelligent Nursing: How Orange Group Connects the Last Kilometer of Nursing Service” focuses on the proposition of the times, and shows the exploration and practice of the enterprise in actively responding to the national strategy of coping with the aging of the population. Participating students discussed the innovative mode, ecological construction and social value of digitally-enabled senior care services, deepened their knowledge of the development path of the intelligent medical care industry through case analysis, gathered consensus on the development of the industry, and provided theoretical thinking and practical references to promote the modernization of the senior care service system.
This year's event was hosted by MBA Education Center of Soochow University, organized by Soochow University MBA Federation, and provided academic support by Soochow University MBA Case Study Center. The judging panel consisted of Wang Weisha, Professor of Soochow University Business School, Jiangsu Province Distinguished Professor and Deputy Director of MBA Center, Zhang Fanghua, Professor of Soochow University Business School, He Huitao, Associate Professor of Soochow University Business School, Pang Bohui, Associate Professor of Soochow University Business School, and Li Shengwei, Vice President of Suzhou Tourism and Culture Industry Association and General Manager of SUDAQIANG Culture, as the corporate judges, who provide valuable guidance and evaluation for the competition with their profound academic backgrounds and rich practical experiences. The participating teams came from six classes of MBA 24 of Soochow University, and the industries in which the contestants are engaged cover various fields, which makes the case study of “Digital Driven, Intelligent Healthcare” break through a single perspective, and provides a source of inspiration for cross-discipline solutions for the innovation of senior care services.

Awards
After an intense competition, the “Deepcase” team from Class 4 of 24 won the first prize with their pre-competition fieldwork and wonderful on-site performance.
Class 1's team “Yi pai ji he”, Class 2's team “Xiao er shang jiu”, Class 3's team “San sheng wan wu”, Class 5's team “C5”, Class 6's team “Where's the Teletubbies” won the New Talent Award.
Besides, Ji Jialu, Qin Qingyang, Ji Junlin, Ben Zhang, Yang Zhuming and Xu Jianbin won the “Best Style Award”.
With the successful conclusion of the 11th National Management Case Study Competition on Suzhou University Campus, the competition has not only set up a professional platform for the exchange of ideas, but has also become an important link for the subsequent regional competitions in East China. We hope to take this final round as a new starting point to stimulate deeper management wisdomcollisionandshowhigher level of case analysis and decision-making ability in the regional round. At the same time, we sincerely wish that Soochow University MBA students will integrate the discernment and innovation accumulated in the tournament into their future study and work, continue to break through their own limitations, and continue to write new wonderful chapters in their career development and life journey.
